I've worked with Libier to release layers of generational patterns of codependency that were manifesting in my family and business.

When I started working with Libier I’d already lost 100 pounds, I had been going to therapy for more than 10 years, and I was an active runner, however, I still had body image issues and I was self-sabotaging my relationships.
